What personally identifiable information is collected on this site?  For visitors who request to view a demo, Company collects name, address, phone, and e-mail ID AND COMPANY information.

How is it used?

This data is used solely for internal marketing and sales efforts: it is never shared with third party organizations or made available to the general public.  Company sales representative uses it to contact the party requesting information to assist them with the demo.  In some cases the Company may send an e-mail to answer questions or provide information..

Security

The information is stored on our web server but is not publicly accessible from our web site.  It is e-mailed directly to the Company sales department.

Choice/Opt-out

If you have registered to receive e-mail communications about our products and services from us and later change your mind, you may contact us to have your name removed from or distribution lists. You can Opt-out by sending a email to Opt-out@chekfaxx.com and please include your name and e-mail address that you want to Opt-out.

Terms and Conditions

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. SELLER is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.

Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.

Return Policy

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem. All can be found on your invoice.

All defective products will be accepted directly by SELLER for credit, exchange or repair, at SELLER'S discretion within 30 days from the invoice date.

All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice.

All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

SELLER reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY.

Legal disclaimer

Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.

Y2K disclaimer

All products sold by SELLERS are third party products and are subject to the warranties and representations of the applicable manufacturers, including but not limited to Y2K compliance. Accordingly, SELLERS makes no representation or warranty with respect to the Y2K compliance of product sold.

CHECK ACCEPTANCE POLICY  & CREDIT CARD CHARGE BACK POLICY

Checks/Credit Card Payment accepted with the understanding that YOU AGREE to the Merchant's Returned Check/Check Charge Policy. You will pay in addition to the amount on the check/credit card, a minimum SERVICE FEE OF $25.00 and additional costs, including attorney fees associated with your check/credit card if your bank dishonors your check. Any person who authorizes a check that is dishonored… is civilly liable and can be sued…for the amount of the check…. AND CIVIL DAMAGES AS ALLOWED BY THE STATE, plus court costs and attorney fees. And you may face CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES

Shipping and Handling Fees are non refundable when product is returned.

Shipping and Handling Fees are calculated based on a initial base rate plus per weight based on the customers selected method of shipping requested upon placement of order.

CREDIT CARD, EMAIL, FAX AND PHONE ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

All order's are subject to the Merchants Order Acceptance Policy. Any order that is submitted for fraudulent purposes shall be subject to additional costs, including attorney fees associated with this transaction for the amount of the order…. AND CIVIL DAMAGES AS ALLOWED BY THE STATE, plus court costs and attorney fees. And you may face CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

EMAIL AND INTERNET TRANSMISSION

All email and communication between the buyer and the seller is subject to transmission over the Internet. The seller and the provider of the service are not liable for data that is transmitted by the provider to the seller and the buyer.
